Today’s episode is Part 2 of the Kick Your “Buts” in Business Series and we are going to discuss another of the top “buts” that everyone faces - Fear of Judgement. This is common in and outside of business and stops so many creatives from stepping into their true selves. 

• Remember: The point isn’t to avoid judgement, the point is to not let the fear of that hold you back. You have a purpose and for every person who judges you and tries to bring you down, there are tons more who need exactly what you have. 
• Research: Where does this “but” come up for you? What is your fear of judgement holding you back from doing? Who is your fear of judgement holding you back from helping?
• Challenge: Think of what “buts” come up for you and write them all down, then over the next few weeks, begin categorizing them based on the top 5 I'll be revealing to you, beginning with overwhelm and Fear of Judgement.
