In episode 109, we sit down with former world champ Lamont Peterson as he reflects on his boxing career. Hailing from the streets of Washington DC, Lamont and his brother grew up homeless and eventually found the sport of boxing. Rising to the top, it was in 2012 Lamont upset the odds and beat the then 140lb king Amir Khan in controversial fashion. With a rematch being scrapped due to Lamont failing a drug test, he progressed with his career fighting other names including Danny Garcia and Errol Spence.
