Being on the same page might be a term that you think you understand, but sometimes it can take a little bit of translating. Being on the same page starts at the leadership level, because having the leadership team being on 100% of the same page in terms of where the business is going, and how they are going to get there, is essential. A crack in the leadership team can turn into the Grand Canyon if you aren't careful. Not everyone needs to be in agreement, but when your leadership walks out the door, you need to be on the same page in order to move forward with your business and find success as a team.
