Well, I think it is safe to say life is a bit weird right now. But that doesn’t mean that through all the negativity and bad that good cannot be found! This week, we are talking about how to find the good in hardship. We discuss how we can join together in unity to overcome trials and howe taking care of our mental health goes a long way to solving problems down the road.

* Tending to our mental health amidst national crisis

* Seizing opportunity in every circumstance to learn and better the world around you.
