CJ Grace had lived a charmed life. A dream job as BBC journalist and then working for China Radio International in Beijing, falling in love with an American she met there. Her 25th wedding anniversary was the best one ever, spent in Hawaii, where they had a second home. Just 2 years later, her life was in tatters. Her husband had a mistress half his age, and CJ got breast cancer. Refusing to be a victim and hanging on to her sense of humour, CJ developed a 6-part program to use adversity as a catalyst to reinvent her midlife.
C. J. Grace is the author of Adulterer’s Wife: How to Thrive Whether You Stay or Not and currently completing Hotel Chemo: My Wild Ride through Breast Cancer and Infidelity. She dealt with the double whammy of discovering her husband’s infidelity and shortly after being diagnosed with breast cancer by refusing to be a victim and keeping her wicked sense of humour. C. J. was a BBC journalist and voiceover artist in the UK and later worked for China Radio International in Beijing. She insists that the obstacles she’s faced have enabled her to make her midlife better than her younger days.
