Tuesday the 3rd of October marked the 10th annual Lot Ndlovu Lecture under the theme: Key lessons on leadership and transformation from the life of Lot Ndlovu. Mncane Mthunzi Delivered the lecture where he mentioned some of the qualities Mr Ndlovu brought to the Black Management Forum. His key pillars to the organisation were, fairness, equity and justice.
