This week I wanted to share with you 3 things which came up which I already knew but was just reminded of as I worked with clients and interviewed a couple of guests for this Podcast.

1. No exercise is off limits

2. Theres many causes to back pain and a weak back or core is not always the case

3. Any bad swing will always come down to one of the big 3 being the cause. Poor ground contact, poor face contact or a directional error.
