This week starts Advent! As we prepare for the arrival of our Lord and Savior, let's sing some beautiful hymns. This week, we're discussing a hymn that was sung hundreds of years ago. We love learning about hymns that have really stood the test of time. It's no wonder why this one has been around for so long when you examine the lyrics. They proclaim the truth as to who God is and what He promises us!

In this hymn, we call Jesus by many names: Emmanuel, Son of God, Lord of Might, Key of David, Branch of Jesse's Stem... we could keep going.
