AP(11) Good morning, everyone, Carlos here, recording a quick audio postcard for my new podcast. Today, I'm heading out for a run around Douglas Creek, enjoying the familiar sound of my running shoes on the sidewalk as I enter the silent forest. Scaling back on information intake. Approaching the creek, I'll pause to capture the ambient sounds…  As I reach the new stepping stones, strategically placed in a muddy spot, I'm focused on closing my rings for the day.
