This week we say What Up to Mitch Ocran. Mitch is a graduate of Miami University (OH)  and currently serves as a Media Manager at an ad agency in New York City. Mitch and AKP both grew up as children of immigrants and attended the same predominantly white middle and high school. In this episode, they talk about their upbringing, the juxtaposition of multiple identities and the self-work that has had to be done throughout adulthood to combat internalized colorism.
