Nate Jenkins is perhaps best known to running fans for his 7th place finish at the 2007 Olympic Trials Marathon. He has run 2:14 for the marathon and is an extremely well-read student of the sport. In this episode we sit down to talk about the nuances of Lydiard training from the vantage point of his own experiences and our combined knowledge of other theories.
