A vegetable vendor, Dadarao Bilhore has been filling potholes ever since he lost his son in an accident caused by a pothole. Strong Dadarao took up the mission to fill the entire potholes of Mumbai and make the city pothole-free so that anyone could not suffer from the pain he faced by losing his son.
