A Christmas film - but with a very creepy twist! For our last episode of 2023, we review the newly released 'EILEEN' - directed by William Oldroyd and starring Thomasin McKenzie Anne Hathaway.

We discuss the many dark twists and turns in this psychological thriller, the role of the obsessive woman on screen, and whether or not this counts as a queer film.

Content warning: spoilers, adult themes, including brief mention of suicide. The film also alludes to child sexual abuse but we do not discuss it in this episode.
