Chia Seeds (sprinkle on cooked grains, put in smoothies)
For All Below: Add 1 TBSP Chia Seeds to get enough fiber
(None I could find online have enough fiber naturally, too much is stripped out during manufacturing. Even the whole grains are manufactured to some degree)
