In this episode of the podcast I was joined by my old friend George who wanted to tell me his story about his battles with his mental health in 2017 as it is mental health awareness week.
George goes in depth to how his battle with his own head made him feel at the time, what he did to get help and how he's since turned the corner and found light at the end of the tunnel. This episode might contain some stories which viewers may find distressing however George wanted to get his story out there to show people who may be in a similar situation to which he was that there is help out there and there is light at the end of the tunnel.
