There is so much that has to be done at school and in your classroom.  You have to teach the standards, provide explicit instruction, check for understanding, intervene when needed.  The list goes on and on.  But… there is usually an area, subject, topic, that truly lights a fire in your soul.  When you can find that and build on it… that is where work is no longer work, but rather an extension of your joy.
