Individual recognition and attention is not only our gift as Projectors to give to others, but it is also the gold that we ourselves need to feel replenished and refreshed. Oftentimes the projector aura can get swept up in the open and enveloping aura of generators, especially when they are leading group experiences. We can feel carried by the moments of building, doing, and generating; and still not have the space and recognition we require to be our sensitive selves within the generator aura.

Our individuated focus is an incredible gift that we give to others, but we don’t often discuss how important it is for us to receive individuated focus too. As energy types that focus on each person, one at a time- bigger groups can be a different experience to our systems; sometimes overwhelming and draining from being impersonal. One on one convos and small group auras are uniquely designed to invite the presence of each human to be a part of the story.

This is an episode to remind us all that there is a seat at the table for us; and our focus, attention, and palate are needed to share our personal projector experience of it.
