In all relationships, we have very clear expectations that we want the other person to live up to. They might be individual, cultural, or societal. There are just things you do and things you don't do and that's that. We almost never question why we believe these things. And a lot of the time it leads to us trying to control the other person so that we can feel better in the relationship.

In this week's episode, I share some of the most powerful work I have done so far when it comes to my personal development. It has improved almost all the relationships in my life and all it really took was for me to stop trying to control the other person so that I can feel better. Sounds simple, right? Well, it kinda is. But also kinda isn't.
