11: How To Stop Binge Eating - Part Two

One of the most challenging eating behaviors to address is binge eating. Often, we attach a great deal of guilt and shame to it, which only makes it more challenging to overcome. If you struggle with binge eating, it can feel like some unknown force takes over you and you find yourself unable to stop eating. You could even have periods of lost time, where you know you ate too much, but you don’t remember actually doing it.

This episode is a part 2 episode following on from my first ever binge eating podcast. We cover topics that could be the root cause of your binge eating such as stress, dieting, the comparison disease and much more.
