This week's Roxx Star is Founder and Director of the Abagail Barraza Foundation (ABF) which was Founded 18 years ago in the city of Santa Fe Springs and has been recognized as one of the first Latina Breast Cancer Foundations in California by the Latin Business Association. The Abigail Barraza Foundation thrives on educating women, teens, and young girls on the importance of early detection and breast cancer awareness. Monique's passion to help her community doesn't stop there as she's also the Director of the Miss Santa Fe Springs Pageant which offers scholarships and mentorship opportunities to young ladies in The City of Santa Fe Springs and local high schools in the area.
