We've covered a lot of heavy topics over the past few weeks, and quite frankly it was starting to get us down. So this week, we decided to dedicate episode 11 to Joy. After all, "make sure you take the time to centre joy" is a common refrain ya'll hear from us on the podcast, so it's about time we took a healthy dose of our own medicine. From writing poetry and centering stillness to connecting to culture through food and language, we open up and talk about what we do to centre joy in our lives and why it's important for Black people in the UK to do the same.
