In this new episode of ‚The Expanded Self‘ Podcast I speak about some changes for the podcast, my work and also share a bit of a personal life update.

The biggest change regarding this podcast is that from now on I will (mostly) shift to English episodes - something I’m really excited about because it feels like it’s time to expand into this next chapter. 

I also share about what else will be shifting in regards to my work as well as a personal update what has happened in the past few months since the birth of our baby girl.
