A new research brief was released this week that details the 11 Major Challenges Utah Women Face. Thousands of Utah women responded to questions and told the researchers that their greatest challenge was lack of recognition. These respondents spoke to gender expectations and work-related inequities. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests about this study.
