Hairfall is one problem that nobody notices till it is almost serious. One day you’re getting ready for your regular day and suddenly you notice that your hair brush looks a little fuller than it usually is. It might not be the case, but when we realize, it seems like a big deal.
Hairfall is one problem whose onset is fairly secret. So you should focus on the remedies as soon as you realize that you are starting to notice more hair fall than usual.
The first thing you do is consult an expert to be sure that it is not an underlying symptom of something more serious. But more often than not, it will be just hair fall.
First, lets look at the Common Causes of Hairfall:

Choose your hair care products wisely: With the evolving lifestyle. Your hair products claim to do everything except washing your car for you, but beware, the products are marketed aggressively and targeted in a way that people believe them.
Choose your products based on the ingredients that you know and can pronounce. Rely on organic product mixtures rather than chemical heavy formulas, as these only damage your hair in the long term.
Follow a natural routine: Use a couple of natural ingredients other than your regular shampoo-conditioner to protect your hair from common problems such as dandruff, hair fall etc. Using the ingredients mentioned before like eggs, olive oil and also curd will improve the health of your hair and strengthen them internally.
Clean what you cover your head with: This sounds stupid but becomes a leading cause, as you cleanse your hair extensively every day and use the same cap, helmet etc.
Protect your hair from common damage: If you know you are going to be in an environment where your hair is going to be subjected to various sources of damage, prepare your hair to sustain that or cleanse your hair and scalp after you return.
Use natural oils: Use any of the natural hair oils to protect your hair and scalp from drying up an inviting problems such as dry hair, dandruff, scalp damage etc. 
An oil therapy before a shampoo is a great idea.
