Amatista Leon joins Marilee to talk about her journey as a mother. She often found herself angry and upset with her children and her husband and knew she needed to change. She started doing internal work to check in and see what was really going on with her. Now she's found happiness with herself that in exchange has become happiness with her family and she's teaching other moms, especially Spanish-speaking mothers, to do the same.
