Las Vegas native, Grayson Gearin, joined us on La Vida Las Vegas Podcast. Grayson is a high school teacher at West Career and Technical Academy. He runs the West Tech CrossFit program at the school along with another teacher. He holds CrossFit LI, LII, and CF Kids certifications. We talked to Grayson about mindset and life lessons he teaches his students through movement and exercise.

He is a relatively new dad with a 3 year old son and a 1 year old daughter. Outside of CrossFit, he enjoys mountain biking and snowboarding.
