11. Mud Mask and Mindful Bath

Do you ever feel like you can't get away and have a moment of peace? Want to try a "mud mask and mindful bath" practice?

Gather the following:

Bath towels (including one to roll and place behind your neck), soap, shampoo/conditioner, your favorite facial mask, epsom salts, essential oil, and device to listen to the mindfulness practice.  Dim the lights.  Light some candles.  

Place in warm bath water:

  • 1-2 cups Epsom salt (for standard size bath tub)
  • 1/4 cup baking soda
  • 5+ drops of lavender or other essential oil
