11. My 3 Steps To Emotional Bliss

These are the three steps I created for myself a few years ago that helped me get my anger outbursts under control. After many years I became self aware enough to notice I was flipping out of control to the point I would black out and not remember what happened. After some deep journaling I created these three steps to help me calm down during any situation.


Join us for a free full moon ceremony on Sunday 28th February at 8pm AEDT/ 7pm AEST. 

The ceremony starts with a meditation followed by journaling and intention setting for the month ahead.
