In this solo episode, it's all about reflection, intention and goal setting. With the new year (and a new season!), I've taken my time to think deeply about what I want for the podcast and my own life. I know solo episodes isn't norm for Tech Gals, but especially with such a wild year and heading into my last semester of college, I wanted to share some of those thoughts with you.
