Overwhelm is real — I know, I am going through overwhelm right now, but this time I am going to do something different. I am not going to quit.

Everyone struggles at one time or another in their life with overwhelm, maybe it’s the housework or the kids, maybe it’s their job, trying to get their dream off the ground while still working full time — it can come in all shapes and sizes but it’s what you do when overwhelm knocks at your door. 

It’s kind of like that clash song “should I stay or should I go now?”.
