Shannon Bahrke Happe is a 2X Olympic Medalist and 3X Olympian as a mogul skier. She was a 6X National Champion, 7X World Cup Winner and World Cup Overall Champion in 2003. While still competing she started a coffee company called “Silver Bean Coffee”. After she finished her athletic career Shannon wrote a children's book called “Mommy, Why Is Your Hair Pink”? She is also a keynote speaker and started Team Empower Hour which features Olympians and Future Olympic hopefuls who empower corporate leaders, through team building, fitness classes, leadership development and speeches.
