Welcome back everyone! Today’s guest on the show is 14 Year professional baseball pitcher Steve Johnson. Steve is a Baltimore native that was drafted out of St. Paul’s School for Boys by the Los Angeles Dodgers. Steve made his way to the Baltimore Orioles via trade and spent a handful of seasons pitching for his hometown team in front of family and friends. Now retired, Steve is the founder and head trainer of Optimal Baseball Performance in Bel Air MD. Here’s a first hand look at the journey of a local baseball kid making his way through the minors and majors all the way to being a family man. Enjoy!
