Today want to talk to you about negative emotions and toxic positivity. Because we hear all the time that we have to be positive, happy and in alignment to manifest the things we want. And this can lead to the misconception that we have to be happy ALL THE TIME. Which simply isn't true nor is it possible. 

Sure, the more enlightened and in alignment you become, the easier it is to hold that yourself in a positive state and the less rocked you get by the roadbumps. But this doesn't happen overnight and takes a lot of practice, embodiment and healing. 

PLUS we ARE human. We are here to feel all the contrast. And life is going to throw us some curveballs that will feel difficult to navigate at times. So if you're going through one fo these times right now, this episode is for you. You don't need to suppress or hide your negative emotions, maybe it's time to finally release them!
