**CW: DISCUSSIONS ABOUT MENTAL HEALTH**
Hello and welcome to an episode of FIOAIGA that means quite a lot to me and I believe is a really important topic to discuss. As a loud and extraverted gal, people often say they're surprised to learn that I really suffer with anxiety and I thought that this would be an appropriate platform to talk more about my experiences. Conversations like these I believe to be vital to encourage people to open up and seek support should they need it. If i can't practice what I preach, how can i expect anyone else to. So, if you're interested, have a listen as I dive deep into my experiences with health & general anxiety, alongside discussions about 'medication vs therapy' and tools I've found to be really beneficial when experiencing panic attacks and overthinking spirals. As I express throughout, I'm not a professional, but if me opening up encourages other people to do the same then that will be extremely rewarding. Please be kind though (to me, yourself and others in your life!). Anxiety can be tricky to discuss, and it took a lot of guts for me to sit down and record this episode so I hope that you'll be respectful to what I have to say. Nonetheless, I think it's an interesting one and I hope you enjoy! lots of love, Katie x
