It’s all about the ONE. Recently, I had a conversation with my 13-year-old about my youth. I shared with her a story about a friend of mine who I happened to help. It reminded me of the importance of reaching out to the one. The Savior spent his life loving, serving and healing the one.

With all that we go through in life, seeking light can bring us comfort amid storms, heart-ache and frustrations. During a time of deep contemplation, I decided that I might not have control or answers to many of the worlds troubles but I can share light to those who are seeking light. Ultimately, all we can control is ourselves. Through life, the scriptures have brought me answers and insight in troubled water and helped me gain knowledge. Join me as we learn from the scriptures, inspiring quotes, life experiences and books that can brighten you day and life as you seek light.
