What is the perfect church? Can we attain a perfect church?

Today, the state of the church genuinely grieves me. I am upset when I hear of churches using their money unwisely, attacking others, members judging others for things they themselves are doing.

The church is meant to represent Jesus, but sometimes we don't do a good job. How can we change that?
