Today’s incredible guest is Tara Hegerty. Tara is an author, kinesiologist, energy healer and spiritual mentor. She works with women who are devoted to honouring their needs and who want to become more powerfully aligned with their highest vision. She used to suppress her gifts and succumb to the status quo, but she finally followed her calling after a long journey, one which included infertility. These days, she supports those she works with to align their energy and reclaim their power to start following their own light.. in their own way.
