I met Carly Keyes, screenwriter and producer and singer/songwriter, through friends of friends and by sitting on panels educating the professional community because we are both dedicated to changing the conversation around substance use disorderder (alcoholism and addiction).

Carly is from Bloomfield Hills, MI and has been educated at the Wharton School, USC and the University of Michigan. She interned at Overbrook Entertainment in LA and NBC's WDIV-Local 4 TV in Detroit, MI. She also played Division I soccer at University of Pennsylvania.

She recently shot an original one-hourpilot, Recovering which one Best Drama at the Lightworks Film Festival at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. She's also currently, adapting a novel, Sparrow Migrations and producing a podcast, TheProcess.ink.
