Ego, emotional blackmail, one-sided respect, two faced drama. These are a few topics we cover this week where we discuss the toxic culture we have witnessed within our Fijian community here in Canada. Why is it hard for us to be happy for one another? Why is everything a competition? How is judging the person sitting next to you going to help you or them? We tend to forget that engaging in these types of toxic behaviours is a judgement on us, not anyone else.
