Veronica is a US citizen and former Naval Nurse who has been lucky enough to spend the pandemic in the relatively Covid-safe land of Australia. It may only have made things even more frustrating to watch from afar though, as her home country looks to come apart at the seams. 

We talked about presidents from Nixon to Biden, the future of politics in the US as well as here in Aus, her life inside the belly of the beast that is the US armed forces, and of course, policing or lack thereof which left so many people in shock last week with the attempted Coup/Riot at the US Capitol.
