In this podcast, you will find ways to deepen your relationship with our Heavenly Father, learn how to release emotion and restore physical health, and ways to discover how to step into the life that God has planned for you. We will also talk about real life - marriage, motherhood, and friendship - all the things in our day to day life. Hi, Sister! I am Gena’. A wife, mom, and Jesus lover. For too many years, I experienced what marriage and relationships should not look like, including emotional and physical abuse. For too long, I carried so much shame and emotional trauma that did not serve me. But God. God had a purpose for me, even through the pain, and through Him I have found healing and the courage to share my story. I am on a mission to help other women who have experienced domestic abuse to create and enjoy the abundant life that God has for her. 

If you are ready to finally leave behind the baggage and trauma from your past and understand how your experience can serve you going forward, this community is for you. Together we will grow in our relationship with God, learn strategies to move past emotional overwhelm that leads to anxiety, and discover what your life and future can look like.
