11. Why Your Beliefs Are Keeping You Stuck

Our beliefs are the cause of a lot of our self-sabotage, but how do we change that? Our beliefs were ingrained in us as children. We believe what we were told by parents, peers, and teachers. In this episode, we discuss limiting beliefs and empowering beliefs. We can change these limiting beliefs by simply changing what we tell ourselves. How do you know what your beliefs are? Here are some questions to ask yourself: 

  1. In what areas of your life are you not getting what you want?
  2. In what areas of your life have you tried to improve but did not get the results you wanted?
  3. What aspects of your life are making you unhappy?
  4. In what areas of your life do your feel weak, incompetent or powerless?
