My name is Morgan and I'm passionate about healthcare and helping others. I began my career as a nurse four years ago, specializing in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Working in the NICU has been a deeply rewarding experience, allowing me to care for the most vulnerable patients and support their families during challenging times.

Prior to entering nursing, I pursued a degree in Chemistry with the aspiration of becoming a doctor. However, my path took a turn when I discovered my calling in nursing. I realized that nursing offered me the unique opportunity to combine my scientific background with my desire to provide hands-on care and make a direct impact on patients' lives.

Inspired by my own journey into nursing, I founded Nurse Morgan Guides as a passion project to help aspiring nurses feel confident in the application process. Having navigated the complexities of nursing school admissions myself, I understand the challenges and uncertainties that prospective students face. Through Nurse Morgan Guides, I aim to provide comprehensive resources, personalized guidance, and unwavering support to individuals embarking on their nursing journey.

Over the past three years as a nurse, I've honed my skills, developed a deep understanding of patient care, and cultivated a passion for continuous learning and growth. Every day in the NICU presents new challenges and opportunities for growth, and I'm grateful for the privilege to be part of such a dedicated and compassionate team.

Beyond my professional endeavors, I'm dedicated to ongoing education and staying current with advancements in healthcare. I'm committed to providing the highest quality of care to my patients and fostering a supportive environment for my colleagues.

When I'm not in the NICU, you can find me exploring nature, spending time with my loved ones and two beautiful children, or indulging in my love for self-care. I believe in finding balance in life and nurturing both personal and professional fulfillment.
