Katherine is a healer, empath, mystic, and licensed counselor with expertise in EMDR and trauma healing. She has a private practice in Edmond, Oklahoma. Her work aims to bridge the gap between traditional psychotherapy and spirituality. She comes from a strict religious upbringing, yet her spiritual awakening didn’t begin until she left the church. She believes everything we need to heal is already within us, therefore the end goal of healing work is for clients to be empowered to operate from their own internal guidance system.
She is a wife and mom to two toddler girls. She loves astrology and human design as tools for personal growth. Her future goals include: living by the ocean, having a massive flower garden, and hosting retreats and plant medicine ceremonies with aligned women.
