I started recording this episode to share how I had a moment of almost deleting all the episodes in this first chapter and starting again, and how I moved through that doubt and fear to ground back into how beautiful this offering is. I ended up going on a longer riff around some signs that you are in a cycle of imposter syndrome and how to move through.
