On Episode 110 I sit down with Katie Edgecomb. Katie is an orthodontist, former competitive figure skater, and proud dog mom who does CrossFit to challenge her body and mind to be the fittest and strongest it can possibly be. In addition, the relationships she has made through the community of CrossFit has enriched her life tremendously and provided her with a support group of friends she holds dear.
