Today’s episode is Part 3 of the Kick Your “Buts” in Business Series and we are going to discuss my favorite of the top “buts” that pop up for Creatives - Protection of/from Ego. If you’re a perfectionist, you don’t want to miss this because this will give you such insight into how you tick.

• Remember: You have to be your own safe place in order to really step into the person you want to be. Failing does not mean you’re a failure. So give yourself permission to fail just as much as you give yourself permission to win. 
• Research: Where does this “but” come up for you? What do you say to yourself if you fail? What are you stopping yourself from doing in order to avoid this pain?
• Challenge: Think of what “buts" come up for you and write them all down, then over the next few weeks, begin categorizing them based on the top 5 Ill be revealing to you, first with overwhelm, then fear of judgement, and now protection of/from ego.
