And the reality is that “we’ve always led with uncertainty, yet we were under a veil, thinking that we knew how to predict the future”. There is no rule book for your business, and now we no longer have past-based evidence to give us confidence in business decisions. It is time to step into our conviction and leadership when making difficult decisions. Steph asks: What can we create in or communities to work together? “If you have the means and the resources to support and uplift other people, now is the time to do it, now is the time to raise your hand, now is the time to press send”.
