This guided meditation focuses on invoking and offering peace to oneself and to others. Meditators settle in comfortably and are encouraged to focus on self care during the meditation. By consciously breathing and welcoming peace into the body, a sense of tranquility is brought forth.

The meditation continues with paying attention and manifesting peace in relationship to different individuals including loved ones, adversaries, meaningful teachers, and those who have passed away. Finally, peace is offered to the world and universe, emphasizing the interconnectedness of everything. Everyone participating is invited to notice insights and shifts that may have happened during our time together.
