I am a big planner and organizer. It's totally my jam.

And there are healthy and beautiful aspects to this passion, for sure.

But here's something I notice in the entrepreneurial world, where a lot of us are driven, high-achieving planners: we get paralyzed sometimes by our intense need to be super-duper prepared for everything.
